We were lucky enough to be told about Kate from Above and Beyond Property Management from a family member of ours. After having our property up for rent for 4 weeks with a larger Real Estate company we decided to give Kate a call. The only problem for us was that we were leaving for overseas in a week and needed the property rented before then.
